What awesome service!!! Bailey the decorator was fantastic!! I walked in the store looking for an area rug totally lost on what to choose. She spent time with me and i ended up with a beautiful rug!!! The staff was wonderful including the man that loaded the rug in my car. He offered me santiizer which i thought was wonderful. The sale person that helped me was very knowledgeable in looking at recliners. Love Lazy Boy and there staff highly recommend them. Thank you so so much!

My search for the perfect recliner started out of necessity. I was preparing for a major surgery and finding a recliner that i could sleep in during my long recovery was a must. After searching online I decided to call the Thornton Colorado store.I the representative that I spoke with helped me find the perfect chair. Connie was patient, kind and helpful and really just a pleasure to work with. The entire process was quick and rewarding. I am grateful for La-z-boys excellent customer service. I couldn't be more pleased.

At the Thornton store I was greeted within minutes. Amanda was very knowledgeable and polite. The help with the fabric and my concerns about my pets, to explaining the delay in delivery was 100% improvement from my November experience at the Fort Collins store. Thank you.
