Lexington Overstock Warehouse

We had a wonderful experience at Lexington overstock warehouse. Jacob was a very wonderful person to work with at the warehouse. We were helping to buy furniture for our neighbor, moving into an assisted living facility in the area. While the store was shortstaffed, that day, service did not suffer, and he made sure everybody was seen and spoke to. He helped multiple people out also helping another person at the same time. We are very grateful for here and the furniture looks beautiful in our family members assisted-living facility.

I would definitely give Caleb a 5 + star review. He was very informative and professional. A true class act. Patient and kind, as we were trying to decide which was the best selection for us. Every person that walked through the door he acknowledged and welcomed them in all while he was attending to our needs as well. It is very hard to find great customer service these days but Caleb went above and beyond not only to us but everyone he came into contact with feel welcomed and to us that’s huge! We will define back for future purchases. Great job Caleb and Lexington Overstock! We are impressed!

I came in today just looking and getting ideas for a chair to put in my living room. I was deciding between two models and the staff there helped me narrow down my options and measure to ensure it would fit in my space, and even gave me a discount on the floor model! Eddie was who I worked with. I would highly recommend Lexington Overstock Warehouse! I’ve shopped here for years, and will continue doing so!
