My Raymour and Flanigan sales representative, Dee Gonzalez, was EXTREMELY patient and very helpful through the entire process of choosing living room furniture with me last Friday. She helped me choose the right size and style furniture for my small living room space which is not easy. She also took a lot of time to show me different fabrics and colors for the furniture and I appreciated her great taste. I will be happy to recommend Raymour and Flanigan to anyone looking for a great customer service experience!

We purchased a new mattress, box spring and frame and the experience was excellent in every respect. The sales consultant, Kimberly Bo, was very helpful. She asked us about our needs and gave us clear choices with full explanations. Her manner was friendly and patient. The price was excellent. The order was delivered as promised two days later by three men who were professional and friendly and removed the old bedding for us leaving everything clean and in order.

The gentleman by the name of David was very professional very helpful answered all my questions. Updating my raymour and flanigan experience we hit a little snag but between David the salesman and Mike the store manager who was able to t resolve a problem finally receiving my purchase I would happily do business again. Thank you Mike and David and the new delivery team.
