Great job from start to finish. We chose them in part b/c they gave us the most thorough proposal and analysis of our home, and also we wanted Marvin windows. Now that the installation is complete, we're really happy with our windows.

We are so happy with our windows! The service was great from beginning to end. Our salesperson, Natacha, explained all the details of the windows both in the store and at our house. She was a pleasure to work with. The installation was excellent. The installers were professional and got the job done efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend Authentic Window.

Natacha was a pleasure to work with. She is a diligent, meticulous, and patient professional. She helped guide our decision making in the replacement of 25+ original windows that were nearing a century old. Without hesitation, I would recommend AWD for a window replacement.

I had windows installed before and this time around I really wanted the windows to be made for my home and not off a rack at a major home improvement retailer. The purchase and ordering was stress free. The installers were fantastic and cleaned up after each window was installed. The windows are so good looking , we threw out the blinds. Overall, a great investment.

I definitely recommend talking to them for your next window project. The quality of the windows are good. The service and installation was good--I also have an old house which gives installers unexpected things and they did a good install. If you have a problem, they start working with you right away.

Windows have held up very well since I purchased them five years ago. No problems. Would recommend this company.

Previous owners have lifetime warranty and it was time to change the doors. We had 3 doors to change in total over the span a day and a half. Alonzo (coordinator) and Kim communicate very well - all my questions are answered thoroughly, which helps being new to this whole process. Installers were great and kind. They’re dedicated to getting a tough job done in just a few hours! They replaced 3 doors along with a panel of glass next to one of the doors. They answered my questions about the doors as well while they worked and consistently maintained a professional attitude! Definitely recommend Window World!

Antonio and his crew are wonderful. My windows and doors look amazing and they have been very neat and clean. I am very happy I went with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to do replacement window and patio doors.

The owner,Rich Allen, came over to help with a window concern from an installation 6 years ago. He was pleasant and professional. And no charge. He showed me how to operate the windows and even cleaned one them for me. Great service. Highly recommend them.
