My daughter has been attending Friendly Faces for almost 6 months now. After a not so great experience at her prior daycare, we were apprehensive to enroll her anywhere else immediately. The friendly faces staff was so warm and welcoming from the beginning - my daughter was eager to go to daycare and quickly developed relationships with each caretaker. As a working parent I love their program and appreciate their operating hours since it accommodates most work schedules. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience so far! I will be sad when my daughter moves on to Pre-K but I know she’s being set up for success while she’s at Friendly Faces.

My daughters (2 years and 10 months old) have been going to Friendly Faces for almost 2 months now. They are always happy to see the staff. It eases my mind to know that my daughters are well taken care of and safe. Ms. Valerie and Ms. Samantha do a wonderful job caring and teaching the children. They have a lot of patience and are in constant communication with my husband and I. Thank you so much for your dedication and hardwork.

Excellent experience. Staff is amazing! Caregivers are wonderful and take good care of our baby. They are very patient and kind. Children learn a lot! Kids do some art crafts and enjoy fun activities during the summer!!! Our baby girl enjoys her time at Friendly Faces .

My son has started at this location in November, so far I can truly say we have been very happy with our experience at Bright Horizons. The facility is very clean, and well kept. The teachers I have met so far are very engaging with the children at the center. One thing I LOVE about here is that you can see in each classroom what the teachers are doing with the children and everyday that I go I have not yet to see a staff member on their phone. They are very engaged with the kids which In this time in age is very appreciated that they are not distracted on their phones. There is also an application for SWEP Families where your childs daily events are posted, as a first time mom leaving her son at a day care I'm happy I can see photos of him and his daily activities and to know when he has gone to sleep or awaken from nap time. Ms. Daria the director and Ms. Heather are very wonderful, welcoming, sooo polite and loving. They make me feel so much more secure that my child is in a safe environment! I wish every staff member at this center great success and want to thank everyone for ALL their hard work!

We absolutely love Bright Horizons! As a parent, it gives me such peace of mind knowing my toddler is in a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment every day. The staff is truly amazing—so kind, patient, and attentive. They genuinely care about each child and create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the standout features is their wonderful food program. They provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack, all made with whole wheat and whole grain options, plus fresh fruits and veggies. It’s so reassuring to know my child is getting healthy, balanced meals throughout the day. The outdoor play space is also fantastic! It’s a great area for the kids to run, explore, and get plenty of fresh air. My little one comes home happy, well-fed, and full of stories about all the fun she had outside. I can’t recommend this daycare enough—it’s truly a gem! If you’re looking for a place where your child will be loved, supported, and well taken care of, this is it.

Our daughter started at this location when she was 22 months in spring of 2023, and we are SO thankful to continue to be part of the SWEP family. It is a special place, with excellent teachers and management, who are all warm, engaging, and truly care about the children. The facilities are clean and inviting and the activities are pitch-perfect for age and development. Thank you for continuing to take such great care of our little one; she continues to thrive.
