I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Rife’s. They helped me with a big deal-for-me purchase and I got to work with the manager. He was low pressure, informative, and went above and beyond in helping me stay within my price range while still making a good purchase that will serve me for the long term. I wandered in with my young child to look around and he was great about welcoming both of us and rolling with the intermittent attention span that comes with moving through life as a parent! I am really happy with my purchase and will totally return for any future furniture purchases. Thank you!

Excellent customer service! We purchased a sectional which was delivered as scheduled. Unfortunately, the delivery crew ripped the sofa material on the back of one piece when removing the cardboard. All it took was one call to the store manager who apologized profusely and arranged to have the piece picked up , replaced and delivered. I am very pleased with their selection of furniture and customer service is excellent! Our place for all our furniture purchases! Things happen but Rife’s selection, quality and most of all customer service is the best in town!!!

JJ is an absolutely amazing sales man! He is so knowledgeable about the Stanton brand (I was buying a sectional and wanted Stanton) He took his time explaining everything to me about the different cushion types. I am so happy with my new sectional! It’s beautiful.
