My experience was there a moving company what's not the best to say the least however I spoke to this most amazing and wonderful person named Shelly who made me feel like I was truly valued customer and a valued person. I cannot honestly say enough Praises about her professionalism and her overall kindness through the stressful situation I was in. In all honesty if it wasn't for Shelly I don't know if I would buy from Value City again.

We walked in and Brad greeted us right away! We told him “we want a couch” and he took us to an amazing couch we sat it and IMMEDIATELY loved! We bought it that day because of his professionalism and eager to help us. Thank you value city and Brad for an amazing first time furniture buyer’s experience. We WILL be buying more!

I just had the best time buying a three-seat sectional! Chad was so helpful in setting up the pick-up time and he did it all so professionally. Madison was also wonderful when she checked us out. They both made the experience so pleasant that I simply can't wait to go back. Thanks so much!
