Front Range Raynor

We've been happy customers of Front Range Raynor for years, but being an established business / building haven't needed their services for a little while. That changed at 4pm this afternoon when our 14' high double commercial door decided to slip a pulley cable and about come crashing down on our technician and our customer's vehicle. A phone call had the Raynor emergency crew on their way. Austin quickly diagnosed the problem, re-aligned the door, and installed a new set of push springs to help the door stay in the correct position. Pete, the owner, stopped by to help too. Great customer service, and fast - they prevented me from camping out in our shop all night unable to get the door closed. Much appreciated, and highly recommended!

Raynor installed our garage door in Boulder a few years ago. We had some issues and recently the door would not open at all, and we really needed to get into the garage! 5 stars because 1) they came out the next day (they squeezed us in to their full schedule), AND 2) Ryan O., the repair technician, was amazing. He not only fixed the door, he re-calibrated everything and fixed things that should have been done at the original installation. He was remarkably knowledgable and skilled. He truly saved the day!

They were great about coming out and getting an accurate estimate my way, and everyone I met on the team is extremely friendly. When the project team came out, they were extremely professional and skilled. The job was done very well and they stayed within 10% of their original estimate (which is hard these days). I highly suggest Front Range Raynor - I will use them again in the future for other projects.
