We went to Lion for a whole house fan installation. They sized the job and did the installation for us. They also explained what the performance should be once the job was done. Short story is that the unit installed was sized wrong. It could not deliver the expected performance. Lion came out and replaced the unit with one that does - no charge to us. They made it 100% right with us. I would recommend Lion to anyone looking for a quality company to work with. They are great folks to work with, too!

Stacie answered the phone, and knew more about the part than I did trying to explain the problem to her. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to send Luke (boiler & plumbing technician) to my house on Saturday to repair the problem. I learned more from Luke about the operation of my boiler, than I learned in the past 12 years of living here. Love these guys. Had a water heater go out in my tenant's condo and they were able to replace it within a few days and came in $200 under what they quoted me. It's great to see a company actually charge you what the job required vice try to gouge you for every dollar. My tenant's garbage disposal went out and they were able to get out the very next morning so I highly recommend them for both schedule & price.
I called IPS in January of 2023 for help repairing a leaking faucet fixture. They were responsive and easy to schedule with. When Derek arrived (precisely at the scheduled time), he made quick work of the repair, having arrived with the required parts already on hand. Professional, courteous and efficient. I’ll be calling them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
