Gentleman arrived on time and was very polite, wore shoe covers, asked if I had certain concerns, and did a very good job searching traps around the house. Explained next step which was protecting the outside for pests, and got it done. From the fist visit a couple months…to every visit since, they have been prompt and respectful! I would use them again. I highly recommend their services… They will not disappoint! (Mina).

We had a wasp nest in our attic and ants in the garage. Today they treated for both. They were professional and arrived on time. They communicated well. Hopefully our issue is solved. Thank you for your promptness and expertise.

This company has been great and I’ve had a phenomenal experience. I called on a Wednesday morning and was able to get them in the next day for an inspection! Brett was so friendly and arrived on time for the inspection, answering all my questions and doing his best to ease my anxieties about the problem. Enviropest is working with my property management company personally to figure the whole process out so I don’t have to! Nothing but positive things to say, and that was just for the inspection. Still working with them for the treatment!.

Enviropest has always been such a wonderful company to work with when dealing with a pest problem! Thomas did an awesome job for us this time, too. He even went out of his way to put furniture back and folded some blankets in our son's room. Thank you for being so quick to get us on the schedule!.

Our tech Billy is always very professional and courteous. He is very thorough. I can’t even remember last time we had a spider in the house since we’ve been using Enviropest. Love their service!.

We always have a great experience with Aptive. The technicians are consistently kind and knowledgeable. Today, they went above and beyond. As they left, I realized there was a misunderstanding about the areas I wanted treated. I texted them, and they quickly returned to take care of the additional area.

Don did an exceptional job. He took the time to share with us problems he had found in the area at other residences, familiarized himself with what we needed and got to work. Once completed, he came to the door to tell me what he had found, what he completed and asked if we needed anything else. Very polite and friendly.
