A+ FENCE DECK LANDSCAPE REVIEWS

When we decided to replace our deck, we got multiple quotes from contractors including A+. Whereas most other contractors sent estimators or managers to quote our deck, Abe and Sean with A+ came and discussed exactly how they would build the deck and what issues there might be. When their bid came in and was competitive about selecting them. We are so happy that we did! Abe and Sean were easy to work with, conscientious and thorough. The quality of their work exceeded all our expectations and we highly recommend them for any work they will do. They are the fastest contractors so you have to be patient, but the resulting quality is worth it. We’re going to have them rebuild our back deck next year.

Abe and Sean were great and I highly recommend them. They built a long Hogwire fence for us in a yard with a lot of elevation ups and downs, and they handled that in a way that looks cohesive. We have had a lot of compliments on the fence. The price was very reasonable. They were on time, they never "disappeared" for days like some contractors. The fence is so strong and really beautiful. They paid attention to details I wouldn't have thought of, like how wide the gates should be or which kind of hogwire to use. AND, they are professional, friendly, funny when indicated, and just plain normal! If they weren't so busy building great fences I'd have them over for a meal!

Abe Flug and his craftsmen replaced an old over 100' fence and approximately 110 square foot deck for us in September, 2024. They hauled all the old materials away and re-designed the deck to expand it, and to reconfigure the stairway to make it safer to use. They exceeded my expectations with their experience and craftsmanship and made sure I was completely satisfied throughout the project. I felt their bid was fair and competitive. They were efficient, pleasant in dealings, and there were no surprises! I strongly recommend this company for your fencing and decking needs.

CERDA FENCING REVIEWS

A couple years ago we had Cerda Fencing out to our home in the Foothills. Deer were eating my bushes and flowers. Alex and his crew put up a 7-foot fence around our yard. The work was excellent and the owner was honest. This year, we wanted our fenced area made smaller as we got a smaller dog. He needed less area to explore. We got our free estimate and Cerda Fencing worked with us to get a great smaller fence at a reasonable price. We would recommend the owner, Alex and his crew for any fencing project.

I called 4 different fence companies in Ft Collins, Cerda was one of only 2 to call back. Their bid came back half of the other company. Lindsey was great to work with in the front office and Alex has a great attention to detail, and I'm real happy with how the entire project turned out. Cerda was the only company to provide an itemized list of materials with their bid. I'd recommend Cerda every day of the week to anyone looking to get a new fence.

I replaced fencing during Aug 2024. Cerda Fencing did a perfect installation. They used premium pickets with no defects, and the single and double gate installation is the best in the neighborhood. The fence lines were very straight and looked great. They were on-time every day and pleasant to work with. I strongly recommend them for your fencing.

You can tell there is heart in this business and Scott does an excellent job communicating from start to finish. The process was incredibly smooth and our pups are absolutely loving their new digs.

Scott and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our fence replacement at our property. From pre-sales to day of fence install, couldn't have been better largely due to the attention to detail, quality of craftsmanship, and open communication. Would recommend to anybody.

Highly recommend Swansons for your fencing project. Scott was upfront with costs, flexible with design, and excellent with communication. Our install was quick, and done earlier than originally scheduled.
