Allen Service was great, very professional, they responded quickly to my request, and the project was completed quickly. The technician that I worked with, David B, was great, he was friendly, professional, and explained my options so I could make the best decision to fix my problem. I had my water heater rust out and got a new one put in the same day I called in.

We had a great experience with Allen Service. Our representative was Jake and he did a terrific job with the installation of our water heater. He took the time to explain our options and made sure we had the right fit for our home. Highly recommend Jake and his team.

David and the Allen Services company did an amazing job coming out to the house to fix an issue with our plumbing. Not only did he verify and help fix our two issues, he gave great advice on a simpler fix to help us save money. We appreciate the help and would recommend Allen Services.

Fort Collins heating and air conditioning installed our new mini split AC unit today! Considering my wife only called them last Friday we are astounded that it’s already installed. Our entire experience with FCHA has been amazing. Thayne, the effervescent gentleman who helped us pick out the right unit on Saturday, was a joy to work with and really REALLY knew his stuff. We so appreciated the extra time he took to optimize our rebates and tax credits. Today Evan and his crew arrived right when they said they would and got right to work. They were professional!, Courteous and diligent. They all seemed to actually enjoy working together!. And they were respectful of not only us and our property but of each other. What a treat it was to watch them work together. And the quality of the work was first class. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. HIRE THEM!

I needed AC, Coil, and Gas Furnace replaced. These guys had the best price by FAR after 6 quotes!! First, the guy, Jon, that came out to review the current system and provide quotes was very professional and understood my price concerns. Come back with a system that worked and again, best price by far. Next the installers, Scott and Arron, did a nice job with the installation. Took them about 1.5 days everything looks perfect and works perfect thus far. They are both professional, knowledgable and friendly. Just waiting for the follow up QA guy to come out for final tweaks and review and done. I highly recommend Fort Collins Heating, Air and Plumbing!!

This place values your business! My furnace and AC were on their last legs. I was able to get a same day estimate. Their estimates covered everything from a relatively cheap tune up to entirely new heating and cooling systems. They made sure I understood my options and let me make a decision. No hard selling here, just great service. Evan and Adam performed the install of my new furnace and AC. They were complete professionals. They were polite, helpful, honest, and genuinely nice. Nick arrived promptly at 8 AM this morning! very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of our furnace! He was also very cordial and friendly, even to our dogs! We would wholeheartedly recommend him and Balance Point.

Balance Point came out to replace our 27-year-old gas furnace + AC system with new kit. Got the job done in a day. Jacob and his crew worked hard, and left a clean, professional install. I'm very happy. Thanks, y'all!

Jeremiah Sanchez did a wonderful job replacing my garbage disposal! He also did a plumbing. inspection and explained everything. He was very informative.
