I am super duper satisfied with my service from overhead door company. My installer named Andres came on time and even earlier as I requested and was so friendly and professional right from the start. He explained all the features of my new garage opener (which he didn’t have to) and told me what he would be doing and how long it would take. He was exactly right and Andres even showed me where he was installing the wireless pad and gave me some tips on how the opener works and what to watch out for when setting it up and using it and even locking the remotes as needed. I really appreciate Andres professional attitude and his willingness to help me since I never had a new updated garage opener before with camera and wireless features. Andres even took the time to help me set up my car remote buttons and it worked perfectly. I couldn’t be happier and I would 10000% recommend Andres as the installer and ODC for my garage needs.

The Overhead Door Company was used to install a garage door opener bought at Home Depot. Let me just say I was quite impressed with the installation. Dan was the service man that came over… He was great, very personable and knowledgeable of the system he was installing. Very patient and answering all the questions that I had, help me set up it’s Wi-Fi and the app connection. After the installation he went through the whole system with me explaining what the colors of the indicator lights meant, the operation of the safety sensors, how to program my car garage door opener button and special features that my garage door opener had. He even tighten the two garage door springs and tightened loose nuts on the door. The service was well worth the cost… I will definitely use this company again if need be.

The two men who did the installation were perfect. They were on time, careful, neat, and completed the job efficiently. They explained the opener clearly and didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. Highest recommendations.
