Zeke, the technician, arrived early which was greatly appreciated. He diagnosed the problem and gave me three repair options with estimates for each one. The repair option I chose, he was able to complete in about 15 minutes. He was courteous, informative and very helpful. I was very happy with the work done. He left the worksite clean and neat. He also showed me how to lubricate the springs, end bearings and rollers.

Extremely satisfied with Precision. Punctual, called ahead with an eta, and provided a tracker for even more accurate arrival time. Ron was fantastic and very friendly. I will 100% use them again and would recommend them to anyone that needs their garage door serviced.
