Yesterday, I had an outstanding customer service experience with service technician. Chris Schray. I called Precision as I needed to replace a garage door spring. Chris responded immediately keeping us informed of his delivery time. Once at the house, he reviewed our situation, provided four options and performed a perfect installation. Precision is most fortunate to have Chris on the team. A true gentleman and professional.

Fast service, technician arrived early, very professional, performed a diagnostic and explained in detail the problems and the options to fix them. Same day install of new garage door openers, rollers, and springs. Excellent service!
