Absolutely the best experience I have had with a PC repair in my life. I have been a PC gamer most of my life and had a significant change in my work schedule and no longer had time to fix an issue with my windows install. I called Ken on a Sunday of all days, and he told me to bring it right down. He had me back up and running in under 24 hours and, even took the time to update all my drivers stress test the computer and blow the dust out after he was finished. I am totally blown away, you do not see this kind of service often.

Ken built me an amazing PC!!! Every detail down to the wire management is perfect, he even installed windows and updated everything for me. He was very helpful and personable along the way and worked around my late hours for work. He built the PC even faster than originally quoted and I can’t recommend him enough on just his customer service alone! You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares for each of his customers and it shows in his work.

I called with my computer acting strange this morning. Mo windows tab, couldn't access outlook fan running fast. The gentlemen on the phone walked me through a system test set up that didn't look great at first but in the end got back everything I had. Over the phone his support was wonderful and he was really nice.

Scott was great! He worked on a tricky problem with my computer until he got it solved. Very reasonable. He's patient and explains things well. I definetly recommend him and will go back again if I have further issues.
