We had our furnace serviced by Mike G on Wednesday 3/4/25. Mike was very thorough and fixed all the noticeable issues. He showed up in the time frame that was scheduled and called me thirty minutes before he got here. Not only did he fix all the issues but he took the time to explain everything that was wrong. His explanations will help me keep an eye on certain things in my heating system. I have had other service technicians in my house that were nowhere near as thorough. Also some of the other technicians only wanted to ask me legal questions once they noticed I was a police officer. Mike was not like that. He was professional and a great help. Thank you very much for the excellent service and I am happy to have a new annual contract with your company.

Burkholder’s is the premier HVAC company in the Lehigh Valley. Excellent service and reasonable prices. For many years, I used Jack Lehr Electric. Unfortunately after the Lehr family sold the company, the service and customer service went downhill fast. I’m very happy to have found Burkholder and highly recommend them. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

We have been customers at Burkholder for many years and will not be going anywhere anytime soon. Our most recent project of a brand new heating system installation went smoothly. The installation was done quickly and professionally, and everyone involved was wonderful to deal with.

We needed someone out asap we called around nobody could come out since it's Sunday. So we found Maitz google searching and boy am I glad we did. Jaryd is who they sent out for a leak in our bathroom and we are so glad they sent him. He fixed the issue so fast I don't think anyone else could have completed the job quicker. He was super nice and got the job done. Definitely an A1 tech. Thank you for helping us and getting our water back on. I will definitely be using you guys in the future if needed.

Maitz home service is my “go to” for any repair or installation. Travis, is an electrician who had done work at my home previously. When I was looking into getting a generator, he came out and talked about it with us and explained all the details in depth. He worked with our schedule and we now have a whole house generator. Travis and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. Then, they explained how everything worked and showed us as they tested the final installation. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

I had some issues with Maitz in the past. We've been using them for years for plumbing HVAC etc. However the last two times a guy named Joe came over. We were impressed by his knowledge and friendliness. I will be requesting Joe for all our future HVAC service.
