Can’t say enough about the level of service and professionalism we received from Maximum Energy Savers. We were a little concerned about our previous “chimney sweep”…as it turns out had reason to be. Maximum came highly recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. As it turned out we had a decent crack in the crown of our chimney…also had some issues in the smoke chamber; before and after pics attached. They took the time and explained the issues supported with pictures. Very pleased with all aspects from start to finish…they even waterproofed the exterior of the chimney at no additional charge. Highly recommend. Thank you for giving us our fireplace back.

Jessica and Don helped us out with a new cap for the chimney. From our first contact to our final installation, they were very thorough and professional, and also very personable. The drones to identify the problem was ingenious & very effective. Their pricing was fair and appropriate for the work required. Their quotes and invoices were clear and specific. In my search for a chimney sweep after my previous one did not show up for several appointments. I began looking for a reliable, credible company/individual to inspect and clean my chimney. After reading several reviews for companies providing this service, Maximum Energy Savers stood out above the rest. I called and scheduled an appointment. Don and Jessica arrived at my home at the designated date and time. They introduced themselves, gave a little background of the company, and I went over the reason for their service which was to inspect and clean the chimney lining. After inspecting the oil stove, chimney insert, and outside chimney. To my surprise, they discovered the chimney lining system was hooked up improperly and there was no fireproof insulation in between the wall where sheetrock and wood was exposed which was a safety concern. Maximum Energy Savers might have saved my house from catching on fire! We discussed the work and cost of the work to be done and set up an appointment to fix the problems. On the next visit, they corrected the problem with the lining system, repaired and sealed the crown, and waterproofed the outside chimney. They then went above and beyond to walk me through the process of lighting the stove making sure it was burning properly. Don’s knowledge, communication, attention to detail, and expertise of the chimney sweep services he provides is exceptional. In addition, after each visit, he provided a detailed scope of the problem and how it would be corrected, as well as, before and after pictures. Together Don and Jessica make a great team! We hired this company to fix our extremely elaborate double chimney at our Sanctuary of the Swan Wellness Hotel and little nature reserve. Amazing job. Fair prices. Great customer service. We could not have asked for a better company to deal with during this difficult 100 yr upgrade to a safer wood heating system.

Had 2 individual come to check out our new home's chimney. The inspector said that it was bad, but we would need a specialist to come in. All the companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Jason, one of the chimney inspectors, was FANTASTIC! My dog thought he was great as well. The other gentleman that was with him was FANTASTIC as well, but his name escapes me. They were very knowledgable and taught me how to use our old wood burning stove. They did a great job getting it all fixed and cleaned out. I appreciate how quickly they were able to schedule the repair. Most places didn't have opening for 2+ months. A great group. I highly recommend them.

Good folks. They are very busy once fall and winter hit, so be patient. Only subtracted one star because I needed them to come out several times for a repair that for some reason didn’t hold. But super nice, responsive, and know what they are doing. The only chimney company we will call.
