I called Stamford Garage Doors this morning about a garage door that was coming out of the railing. I was told that a technician was working in the area and would call me to and let me know when he could stop by. Shortly thereafter, I got a call from Willi who was out on another call. He told me that he would be able to stop by in about 15 minutes to check the problem. After another call to let me know he was on his way, he arrived and fixed the problem quickly and completely. From initial call to problem solved was less than two hours. Professional, friendly, thorough. Very impressed with him and Stamford Garage Doors!

All reviews are true. Steven is smart, capable, punctual, and professional. He diagnosed why our older (35+ years) garage door wouldn't open, installed a new emergency key-open lock, reprogrammed our remote, and explained it all clearly so we all know what we are paying for. He also told me what my options are for upgrading, but that was on my initiative (not his) and he didn't push me in any way to buy up.
