Supreme Garage Door Repair

This company was great to work with. I had an issue with a roll up door in my commercial warehouse that I rent, not own. Unfortunately due to the terms of my lease the door is my responsibility and the chain wouldn’t pull my door up or down. The company my landlord recommended wanted 2500$ to switch the door completely, which I definitely wasn’t going to do as i’m the tenant. Called in Supreme Garage Door and they sent me a technician named Garrett. From the get go he was a cool guy and very friendly, he got up on the ladder and had a look at my door. He saw it was a very minor problem and took him maybe about 5 minutes to fix my door, which works now as good as it used to. Experienced issue with my garage door today, Sunday 3/10 door suddenly would not go down. Called another local company before reaching out to Supreme Garage and told didn't have any techs available today. Called Supreme and scheduled tech to come out today. Received call from technician, TYLER within 10 minutes and that he was in route and would be here within 30 minutes. Tyler arrived within promised time and detected issue immediately.
