We were very much impressed with Terry Brown, Journey Man Plumbler from "Jim's Plumbing Now". Terry was on time, efficient, very courteous and well mannered. He double checked his work to ensure the correct readings of leak or no leak. He explained the steps and gave us options. We would recommend "Jim's Plumbing Now".

Sebastian was AWESOME. Arrived punctually. We were notified ahead of arrival.He was professional and very cordial. He checked all systems, gave us feedback and information, and job was completed in a timely manner. We really liked Sebastian and Jim’s Plumbing Now. We will absolutely use them from “now” on.

Bryan Grelle did an outstanding job repairing our AC. He was polite, very calm, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how deeply knowledgeable he is — he quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was wrong, and walked us through the solution in a way that was easy to understand. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find a technician who combines expertise with such a respectful and reassuring attitude. I highly recommend Bryan and Sirius Plumbing to anyone needing AC repair services!

Sirius Plumbing was sent to us by American Home Shield when our regular plumbers were not available. It was a very good experience with Sirius Plumbing. From the first call with Scheduling/Dispatch -- May() -- to the technicians -- Cameron & Thayne() -- who visited to replace the kitchen faucet and fix a stubborn clog between twin sinks... everything was excellent!

They did a redo replacing a complicated system with a new simple configuration removing a problem that was just waiting to happen. They even cleaned-up before leaving. I recommend Watermark Plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumber.
