Amazing team at ADT Carrollton TX. Corey has been awesome from start to finish. After decades with another security company, we decided to upgrade our whole system with window and door sensors, cameras inside and out, a video doorbell as well as life alert for my elderly parents. Corey has been very professional. He came to the house, explained all of our options, answered all our questions, and then quoted the job on the spot. He knows his product well and worked out a plan that met our needs. 2 days later we had his install team (Rich and Justin) on site. They were equally friendly, professional, and absolutely knew their stuff. We had a complicated situation getting into the various attic locations (large 2-story home). It was a major install and took the entire day. But, they never complained about the heat or any of the complications they had to work around in our home. When they left, everything worked perfectly. All I can say is "Wow, super great team and great job with the install and service". I would absolutely recommend Corey and his team at ADT for a home security system. Could not be happier.

Jermaine was great! He did a great job setting up all the equipment and also in explaining how everything worked. Very, very professional. I am impressed. We just bought our home and have several services added like pest control and cleaning..he had best customer service out of all the companies we have worked with recently. And I really appreciated that at all times he wore a mask and even the shoe covers everytime he walked back in the house without us making that request, he was respectful considering the covid situation going on right now. We are very thankful to have him be our tech for install with ADT.

Professional and prompt sales and install teams. Since my install I’ve been able to troubleshoot any issues online and over the phone 24/7. I’ve only had 1 service call but when I called in they were able to have a tech out to my home the same day!! Not many companies can offer that without charging you and arm and a leg!! My peace of mind comes from knowing I have a one-of-a-kind system designed for my home that’s secured and monitored by the biggest and best in the business. Would definitely recommend having a local rep come out and design a system for you and your home.

I reached out to ProTech on a Sunday evening via e-mail. The office responded Monday AM and I had a technician call the house Monday afternoon letting me know that he had resolved the problem. Great Customer Service.

Nice folks. Wish they would add more software & hardware experts on their staff to expedite troubleshooting and problem resolution, but I admire their tenacity when there is an issue.
