BEST Storage Facility in Dallas! I've had three (3) other "Dallas" storage rental units in the past 8 years, and Extra Space Storage on Waypoint Dr. in Carrollton, TX is BY FAR the best and it's 100% due to Jose - the Site Manager. He is exceptional in every way and his customer service could not be any better. Jose helped me considerably at the beginning to make sure I had the best possible unit for my needs. He is always a friendly, enthusiastic and VERY dependable manager who makes me feel valued, and my storage unit well cared - for which is so important to me. When I had an issue with my lock and key, Jose was kind enough to help me right away with some WD-40 which completely solved the problem. I've met a few other renters at Extra Space on Waypoint, and we ALL AGREE that Jose is the main reason we feel re-assured that our valued contents are in "good hands" being stored at Extra Space on Waypoint Drive, thank you Jose!.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! management was amazing and Jose made the experience of renting my first storage unit so easy. He walked me through everything down to teaching me how to use the key lock. Will only be using extra storage from here on out.

Had a very good experience. Jose explained to me the prices and plans that were available. Everything was straight forward. Would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

Stacey, the property manager was an amazing help with our move-in! She was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely experienced! Getting everything set up and situated was a breeze!! She was simply a joy to work with and made ~ what could have been a stressful situation ~ very easy. We appreciate her willingness to help us and answer a multitude of questions. The storage company is fortunate to have such a wonderful manager ~ with excellent customer service and support skills ~ working for them. Highly recommend!.

Great experience at SecureCare Self Storage in Carrollton. Very easy sign-up process and affordable storage units, plus Stacey always responds quickly when I need help and is very proactive to help ensure the storage units are secure. I also feel safe when I am at the property, and the location is convenient and easy to get to. Highly recommend!.

The General Manager, Ian, is the best! Ian is very friendly, cordial, professional, patiently responds to questions, and keeps the facility well taken care of. Very good pricing compared to other businesses with the same sized unit. We are members of the same church and he operates his business in a very ethical manner. Thank you Ian! Highly recommend Ian and this location, which is in a nice part of town.

I have been renting a unit from here for over six months now and it’s been great. The staff have been very helpful, the facility is clean and secure, and access is very easy regardless of when I went there. I transferred to a smaller unit and Jennifer made the transition very easy. I highly recommend this facility.

Highly recommend this location of CubeSmart. Haven't experienced any issues since being a customer. Jennifer and Wilma are also super friendly and helpful. They were attentive and checked in on me on the random day I dropped in. A+ customer service!.
