Medley is the team to call! I can’t recommend them enough! Our most recent plumbing issues were a mix of big and small, and there are many who deserve their flowers for the excellent service they provided to fix them all. Texas, Lance, Collin, Jeremy, Sean & Poncho - the entire crew was fantastic and patient with my many questions! Our older home has provided plenty of headaches, but Medley has always helped us with ease and professionalism, and I’m so grateful. Call them for plumbing and HVAC. You won’t regret it.

I had a fantastic experience with Heating Air Conditioning Plumbing, and I highly recommend them! From the moment I made the appointment, it only took about an hour and a half for a technician to arrive at my home. Colin Gabriel, the technician who assisted me, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified and fixed the leak, making sure everything was running smoothly. The service was prompt, efficient, and top-notch. I will definitely be recommending Heating Air Conditioning Plumbing to my family and friends. Great job.

One night late my AC system went out and Medley did some troubling to see if we could solve without dispatch. They went the extra mile that night in customer support and their people know their stuff. Good people and correct prices, highly recommend Medley.

I had a new A/C unit and new coil installed Feb. 14, 2025, but I waited till now to review. With our weather flip flopping I hadn’t been able to use it. I can say it works… cold like Winter in Alaska. Not surprised.. Colony A/C has been my maintenance & repair team for 8 years. If the type of Freon requirement had not changed my 14 year unit could’ve kept going because of them! The install team of 3 (I sure wish I could recall their names) were outstanding! Knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and detailed! Thanks.

We have been with the Colony for 2 years after the recommendation of my brother-in-law who is very particular about who he works with. We had a 24 year old unit, so we knew we were working on borrowed time. Our complete system was replaced this last week and everything was so well done. They had to reroute the unit so we didn’t have to rip apart our fence and they provided us with documents to submit for HOA approval. Good work and they even arranged the city inspection.

They did a great job. Josh came and diagnosed the issue. He didn't have the part, so ordered it but it came super quick and he was here the next day to get the AC going. Their price was reasonable. Thank you.

Great working with Paul on the quote (very competitive) and questions and Jorge B and team on the installation. They were excellent through the entire process. Jorge B and the install team did an excellent job doing a full replacement with ducts in 1.5 days. They were careful, courteous, and professional and kept me informed and aware throughout.

The service provided by Blake this afternoon was outstanding. Since my house was built in 2016, I’ve been using LEX for regular maintenance and today was the first time the top of the outside units were removed for cleaning and all the cables organized with tie wrap. Blake took the time to explain every step of the service to my full satisfaction. I strongly recommend Blake for your HVAC needs.

My technician, Ryan was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and what needed to be done in the future. I would highly recommend Ryan and would like him to be the technician on my future inspections.
