Colin Gabriel, the technician who assisted me, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified and fixed the leak, making sure everything was running smoothly. I had a new A/C unit and new coil installed Feb. 14, 2025, but I waited till now to review. With our weather flip flopping I hadn’t been able to use it. I can say it works… cold like Winter in Alaska. Not surprised.. Colony A/C has been my maintenance & repair team for 8 years. If the type of Freon requirement had not changed my 14 year unit could’ve kept going because of them! The install team of 3 (I sure wish I could recall their names) were outstanding! Knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and detailed! Thanks!!

We have been with the Colony for 2 years after the recommendation of my brother-in-law who is very particular about who he works with. We had a 24 year old unit, so we knew we were working on borrowed time. Our complete system was replaced this last week and everything was so well done. They had to reroute the unit so we didn’t have to rip apart our fence and they provided us with documents to submit for HOA approval. Good work and they even arranged the city inspection.

They did a great job. Josh came and diagnosed the issue. He didn't have the part, so ordered it but it came super quick and he was here the next day to get the AC going. Their price was reasonable. Thank you!
