Our old garage door was on its last leg. It was an old wooden door that was peeling on the bottom and very drafty. The tension coil snapped in half and I was unable to get our garage door to open. Chris from upright door met with me right away and was very open to what I was looking for in a new garage door unit! The new door is so much quieter and a lot safer. Our old-style 2-button opener on the inside of the garage wall was replaced with a much easier single button with an overhead light access button on the side. We got battery backup in case of power outage, motion sensor in the doorway to detect movement along with a mounted keypad. They put in brand new tracking and new seals so it is much more insulated from the outside! Looking forward to using this new garage door for many years to come!

Dealing with Christopher, as an UpRight Door technician, was a pleasure. He came early as his earlier job ended sooner. How refreshing to see a worker eager to help the next client. The price for the repair was very fair and close to the estimate. What amazed us both is that within 45 mins, he was done! We will be recommending this outfit to others for sure.
