Every single person I came in contact with the day of my procedure deserves a 5 star rating for customer service ...starting with the front door check in , I felt genuinely cared for. The facility was clean and I also noticed how respectful the employees were with each other. Dr. Bowden truly listened to me and for that, I am well pleased. Deborah Echols.

The experience was real good. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very professional; including Dr. Bowden, nursing staff, support staff, and receptionist. I give them a score of 10/10.

From checking in to checking out my experience was great. Loved how punctual and courteous the staff were. Dr Bowden has an awesome team in place. Everyone was very attentive.

Dr. Bierman is the most genuine, compassionate, and helpful doctor I’ve ever experienced! He actually takes the time to fully hear you out, understand your needs, and then properly addresses them. When conversing, he looks you dead in your eye, not with his face in the computer the whole time or having one foot out the door rushing you. For most doctors, you sit in the waiting room for an hour just for them just to rush you out and barely spend 5mins with you. I wish Dr. Bierman had twins for every type of doctor I need. Thank you for everything Dr. Bierman! I would give you 10 stars if I could! And no this is not a fake, exaggerated, or paid review.

Dr. Bierman is one of the most caring and attentive doctors that I have encountered. He's a great listener who exemplifies quality care for his patients. Just know he is not perfect, but I can truly say that he has been on point with my care. I would truly let others know of him. Thank you Dr. Bierman for everything that you do along with your wonderful staff.

Dr. Fields is an extraordinary man. Aside from his medical skills, he is certainly a people oriented person: He is pleasantly friendly, yet professional. He exudes a genuine concern for his patients as he listens intently to their concerns and health issues. In addition, his demeanor disarms any qualms or apprehension that a patient may have. He is top drawer in my book, and I recommend him to anyone who has any gastric problems.

My experience here has always been quite comfortable and calming. The entire staff, treated me with courtesy, kindness and helped me with all my needs. Dr. Fields is understanding and is one of the most caring doctors I've ever encountered, he answers all of my questions and always makes sure my concerns are meet. Can't thank you enough!
