Dr Eisner is a top notch MD and I hope TPMG recognizes him and the quality of care he provides his patients. My mother has been a patient of his for many, many years. I don’t live in the area but I ended making an appointment with Dr Eisner because I was unable to get any level of continuity of care in the area I live in. I was having abdominal pain for two years and was referred to one specialist twice with no answers. My PCP referred me to a GI doctor in my area but that resulted in long appointment waits and procedures being cancelled. I made an appointment with Dr. Eisner and he did a very thorough consult. He was very open to listening to my concerns and understood my frustration of being passed from doctor to doctor. He was committed to doing his due diligence and scheduled me for a procedure since I was due one for preventative maintenance. During the consult, he was honest with me and told me he didn’t think it was an issue with my colon. He encouraged me seek a second opinion with the speciality I was originally referred to. I got a second opinion and come to find out I needed surgery with that specialty. After almost three years, I have some relief thanks to Dr. Eisner and his willingness to listen to his patients and their concerns.

Dr. Eisner is excellent! I appreciate how he listens to your issue, and really does a deep dive into analyzing and figuring out the next steps to resolve it. When performing a procedure, he takes the time to explain his findings and what to expect moving forward. His staff is very kind and supportive.

Dr. Eisner is very friendly and professional. His office staff answered all of my questions and had me in and out quickly. His office manager is top notch. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. El-Safadi treats both my wife and I. I trust him completely, and I highly recommend him. Soft spoken, very attentive, empathetic, and obviously highly intelligent and capable. He also keeps up with developments in his discipline. I have had other G.I. doctors in the past, and I have cut them loose when they did not meet my standards. Dr. El-Safadi exceeds all my standards. He is definitely a keeper.

DR. El Safari visited me Labor Day night while others were gone from the hospital. He made an immediate diagnosis and rushed me for the needed procedure. It was a miracle! He is very professional and kind. He showed patience with me and my husband. I will recommend his services to others.

Dr. El-Safari listened to the problems that I was having. He did a very thorough check up and answered all my questions. Staff is very nice and friendly.

So far I have nothing but positive thoughts about Dr Zhang and her practice. She knows her stuff! It's important, with my health concerns, that my provider listens and exhausts all reasonable options prior to diagnosing me. She takes the necessary amount of precautionary measures to check and/or rule out certain ailments, disorders, diseases, etc. She's very thorough and I appreciate that.

Teamwork is outstanding. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable and makes every effort to make you relaxed. Dr. Zhang explained all aspects of the procedure and findings.

Dr. Zhang is friendly, professional and takes time to explain what she is going to do. Her caring demeanor always helps me feel comfortable. Her team is awesome too.
