Weequahic Golf Course started in 1913. The club's main features are 18 holes, 70 par, length of 5729 yards at the slope 121. George Low is the architect who constructs this beautiful golf course. Essex County Weequahic Park Golf Course commenced on a beautifully moving property. New bunkers have added to the course through their renovations process that has dramatically enhanced its strategic and visual appeal. Tucked in the corner of historic Essex County Weequahic Park is the most used public course in New Jersey. The course contributes an ideal golfing landscape, and its small greens make low scoring difficult. Among the greatest holes on this beautiful course is the uphill par five 3rd with two large bunkers shaped in the hillside, and the long par four 16th that works to the crest of this same hill and down to the green that set in the base of its long slope.

Francis A. Byrne Golf Course started in 1926. The club main features are 18 holes, 70 par, 6788 yards, at the slope 126. Charles Banks is the architect who constructs this beautiful golf course. The final nine at Byrne holds many elongated par four holes such as the 12th and 15th, the latter of which winner golfer Bobby Jones calculated to be one of the most challenging holes in America. This excellent course in West Orange highlights deep bunkers, hilly topography, and rolling greens that connect to build a wonderfully challenging layout. You will admire these fields and their mix of beautiful landscapes, intriguing challenges, and luxurious amenities. They have renewed and advanced many aspects of the courses, including irrigation, cart paths, bridges, and finished a variety of tree removals to improve growing environments.
