I’ve had an amazing experience training with Antwon. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging, and he genuinely wants to see his clients succeed. From day one, he’s taken the time to explain not just the workouts, but also the importance of proper nutrition and supplements to help me reach my goals safely and effectively. Because of his guidance, I’ve become much more mindful about what I’m putting into my body, and I even started a meal plan subscription to stay consistent with my nutrition. He’s helped me understand that fitness is about building healthy habits, not just exercising. What I appreciate most is that Antwon meets you where you are. He pushes you to do your best while being understanding and supportive throughout the process. If you’re looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating, and truly invested in your progress, I highly recommend Antwon. I’m grateful for everything he’s taught me and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him.

Jamiel was phenomenal. I’ve been having issues with my account for almost three weeks and have visited several gyms in the area trying to get it resolved. This was my first time at this location, and I was genuinely impressed. He helped fix the issue in less than five minutes. The customer service here was outstanding they actually care and are very knowledgeable. I also didn’t even realize that my membership included complimentary stretching. It’s been six months since I signed up, and they offered it to me as soon as I walked in. Thank you so much for the great service. Very impressed.

LOVE this gym. Better equipment, cleaner, culture and vibes are on point. Price point isn't outrageous for the value given. Would definitely recommend anyone to join.

My daughter and I recently joined the gym, and we had an amazing experience thanks to Cameron. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to what we wanted. He never pressured us into signing a contract and genuinely focused on making sure we were comfortable and happy with our decision. What impressed me the most was how personable he was. Throughout our visit, he greeted members by name and made a point to tell everyone “good night” as they were leaving. That personal touch made the gym feel welcoming and like a true community. Cameron’s outstanding customer service made us feel right at home, and we’re excited to be members. Thank you, Cameron, for going above and beyond.

Recently switched over from a smaller gym and I love the space and how clean the staff keeps it. Shane did an excellent job in signing me up and explaining my benefits that came with membership. He’s always at the door with a smile and greets guests by their name! I love it.

First of all, I wanna start by saying Alexis is amazing!!! She is always very helpful and very friendly. She even took the time to help me find my cell phone. For real, whatever you’re paying her is not enough, she needs a raise! When it comes to the gym itself, out of the three locations closest to me this one is the cleanest, and not as loud as the others. The people are chill and everyone is respectful of the others around them.

Very clean atmosphere. Very friendly employees. I have been a member for over 7 years now without pausing my membership. A huge thank you to the 2 employees who have gotten to know me as a person, big hugs to you both. Loyalty is everything thank you for being my happy place, my home away from home, my anti anxiety drug, my stress relief. A huge thank you .

One of my favorite gyms by far! The facility is always clean & the staff always makes sure to greet you upon entry & say goodbye to you as well. There’s plenty of equipment for all of your fitness needs/goals; even if it’s crowded, you never have to wait long at all! I would highly suggest downloading the PF app for easy check-in, fitness tracker, nutrition, workouts etc. You name it! It really has it all. Additionally, I love being a Black Card member because I’m still able to get in a great workout, at any PF location, when I’m out of town. Be sure to check this place out! I’m sure you’ll like it too!.

The staff is always great! They greet me every time I come in and are always very accommodating! I use this gym at lunch due it being close to my job! If I lived closer, it would definitely be my home gym!.
