VEG ER FOR PETS REVIEWS

We have spent a lot of time at VEG this week! Our sweet girl got into some medication Monday evening and had to be hospitalized with them for 36 hours. As first time dog parents we were totally panicked and they remained calm, helped problem solve and get her back home to us healthy. We were so grateful for Marisa, Dr. Chong and Dr. Price and their constant communication with us (and taking our many anxious phone calls) and their honesty with what the best course of treatment would be. We never doubted our girl was in the best care and I think that’s truly the only reason we got any sleep this week, thank you thank you thank you ALL for loving on our energetic, anxious, very vocal but sweet girl.

Everyone was amazing there. I interacted with multiple people but my vet and tech were Dr. Alain’s and Alyssa and they were amazing! Everything went very smooth and there was great communication the whole time. I thought the pricing was pretty fair for it being an emergency vet. I wasn’t shocked by the price when we were going over the treatment plan. I have multiple animals so I’m sure an emergency will show up again and I’ll definitely take them here!.

If I could give this place a million stars I would! Dr. Whitwell and Bri were so the most amazing and wonderful people! They made my dog feel so loved and cared for. Not to mention that they totally helped me and gave me a huge discount to help my dog. I will forever be grateful to them. Blanco absolutely loved all the nurses.

I am most grateful for the services provided for my pet and I. I wasn't sure my Chihuahua (Chispita) was gonna make it, but the doctors and staff at the Parc facility did such an outstanding job at bringing my Chihuahua back to normal again. I can't thank you enough.from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for such a great job and the great service everyone there provided me. My Chispita is back to normal... I highly recommend anyone needing pet care. Thank you.

We have used The Parc twice now for Gracie. She has vestibular and both times they’ve gotten her back on her feet so we can bring her home. They always give her such good care and she’s always happy while there. I brought my beloved Jasmine at the end of her life and was met with nothing but understanding and empathy towards this very difficult time. I don't think I could be happier. The vet tech giving the vaccinations was very professional and very nice. She was very considerate of my concerns for my animals, she even got in the vehicle with me to vaccinate one of my cats. I feared she ( my cat) was too wild and would run off. Unfortunately I'm bad with names and I cannot remember her name but it was very unique, I remember that. I'm so very pleased with her. I would like to tell her thank you one more time. I don't know if she will see this, but if not please make sure she knows that.

Everyone is super friendly & very sweet to my dogs! As a widowed senior citizen on a very tight budget, the only thing I wish is that it didn't cost so much. I can only afford to bring them in if they need vaccines or if something is really wrong with them. It would be easier to take good care of them if it didn't cost so much.

I highly recommend PennyPaws! Excellent care from your friendly staff who came to my car so my newly rescued dog didn't have to wait around other animals since he can be aggressive. Thanks for making it easy and pleasant!.
