My roommate and I recently completed a 5-week buddy training program with Antonio, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Antonio is the perfect balance of motivation and fun. He constantly pushes you to do your best while keeping the sessions enjoyable. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, always offering helpful tips and providing alternatives when an exercise doesn’t work well with your body. Antonio didn’t just focus on our workouts—he also guided us in improving our meals, making them more wholesome and healthy. Over the course of the program, he taught us the fundamentals, introduced us to new techniques, and showed us how to use machines with proper form. He also built a tailored workout routine that we absolutely love and are excited to continue following. What really sets Antonio apart is his friendly yet professional demeanor. The gym is huge and well-equipped with almost every piece of equipment you could need, making it a great space for all types of workouts. I opted for personal coaching, and I’m glad I did. My trainer, Antonio Alvarez, has been outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, skillful, and patient. He took the time to teach me how to use different gym equipment and covered the basics in a structured and easy-to-understand manner. His coaching style made me feel confident and comfortable, even when trying new exercises. I have been going to the otf jersey city location, since it started 4 years back. It has been an amazing journey with them. They have incredible coaches and staff. It is a crowded location but the coaches always make time to correct your form and encourage you! They have helped me tremendously in my fitness journey and I am so grateful I am a part of this community.

I’ve been a base member for almost 6 years since I moved here. Love the facilities. All the staff is amazing and super nice. All the trainers are awesome! Shout out to mine- Igor. Sammy at the front desk is so sweet and she even taught a pop up hip hop dance class which they’ll hopefully bring back! Zumba with Odris is so fun! Love winding down with the mobility classes with Cait and Rodolfo! Yes it gets busy during peak hours as every gym does but there is a ton of strength and cardio equipment. You can always find space. This gym feels like a family. Met some great people here.

I’ve been a member from the beginning and have nothing but praise for this amazing gym! The facilities are clean and well maintained, from the showers, the steam room & sauna to every space on the gym floor. All the trainers are knowledgeable and detailed. Ceasar, Igor, Sam, Ebai fellas, nothing but praise for the years of invaluable information they’ve all passed along. The staff has always been accommodating and professional. The best part is the moment you walk through the door you’ll be greeted with a smile from my favorite person Bhavika. Being a member of Base has been a gift. Mayrin & Erin job well done.

I love this gym.The staff is constantly cleaning which I love! The front staff is great! They always say hello and know my name… Thank you for an awesome welcome to the gym Vika, Sammy & Frank. I also just started something new… boxing with an awesome trainer, Guil! Talk about a great new way to work out! ! And for a great massage session with a an athlete who understands the muscles and body… David is the guy!! The manager Mayrn is also great!
