PROMPT-MD URGENT CARE CENTER REVIEWS

This was my second visit to PromptMD, with my first being over a year ago during my pregnancy. Both times, I was seen by Lauren, the PA, and I’ve had an excellent experience each time. Lauren is patient, clear, and calm, taking the time to listen carefully and thoroughly explain treatment options. She ensures you feel comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. I also learned that she has extensive experience working with babies and children, having previously worked in a pediatric clinic, which is reassuring if you have little ones in need of care. The clinic itself is also well-organized, with a welcoming and efficient staff.

I had an excellent experience at PromptMD today! I arrived early, and the wait time was very reasonable. From the receptionist to the medical assistant to the PA, everyone was amazing, accommodating, and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit, and I left feeling much better than when I came in. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism they provided. I wish I could’ve gotten everyone’s name to thank them individually! I hope everyone else has just as great of an experience as I did. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very helpful from the moment I walked in. The attending doctor Skomorovsky & the medical assistant Mustef were very kind and considerate of my feelings and treating my abrasion. The reception staff were also very welcoming and attentive.

I recommend CityMd in Journal square. The Frontdesk are very nice and professional. The Medical Assistant and the Physician Assistant are very attentive and knowledgeable. Waiting time is short. Highly recommended.

Really pleasant and very efficient stuff. Wonderful doctors.
