Orangetheory Fitness

The workouts can be as challenging or as laid back as you want them to be, and the coaches are always happy to offer modifications. Members are at all stages in their fitness journey, so you’re sure to find another member to vibe with. The community is welcoming and friendly.

The coaches and staff are wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a very spacious and clean studio. Also I would have no clue what to do at a regular gym. I need the coach to correct me when I’m doing something backwards or upside down. And I need the music. Plus the way in which the heart rate monitor measures each workout is so effective.
