If you are thinking about taking the classes do it! Rene is wonderful!! Her spirit is amazing and she really wants you to meet your goals. Since taking the classes I dropped a few pounds and my clothes fit different.
I love the staff at the Gate City location! The club is in a great location and has a variety of machines and amenities.
