This was my first time ever ordering glasses, having recently started experiencing trouble with my vision, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The space is beautiful and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and friendly. The doctor was super personable and made the whole process feel easy and low-stress. I also really appreciated how respectful they were of my time—I was seen quickly and everything moved along efficiently without ever feeling rushed. The optometrist who helped me pick out frames was patient and helpful, which made choosing my first pair of glasses a lot less overwhelming. Highly recommend.

I was pleased with the service from New Garden. I was greeted and checked in with respect and conversation. My wait time was very reasonable. My eye doctor may have been fresh from school but he got my Rx dialed in perfectly. They worked with my insurance from frames to fittings. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My exam was thorough and Dr Eric was patient and helpful as we discussed options for corrective vision. Never did I feel rushed; the focus was on me. I highly recommend.

I give my highest recommendations for Vision Source Eye Center of the Triad. The physicians and staff are very professional and responsive. They maintain the most modern technologies, have conveniently located offices and always produce excellent results. You can place your utmost confidence in their care.

The doctors are thorough and the entire staff care a great deal about their patients. I've had glasses for 35 years and I'm so glad to have a healthcare provider that takes such good care of me and my family.

My first experience with Dr Wood and his staff was 5 star. From check in to initial assessment to consultation with Dr Wood, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. As someone who has worn glasses since 3rd grade, contacts in my 20’s and Lasix in my 50’s, finding an eye care provider I’m comfortable with is extremely important. Dr Wood and his staff checked all the boxes - glad to have a new home for my eye care provider.

The doctor was very thorough in letting me know the condition of my eyes. He put me at ease with my concerns since I hadn't had a checkup in a few years. After my exam, the other staff were very helpful and informative with my new eyeglass selection.

Treated me great and wonderful folks. Highly recommend and I have had Dr Wood as my Doctor for 20 years. Always great and explained all of the appoint and results.
