Devon is very professional . I love my new hair color. Highly recommended . My hair was very dark and boxed dyed for years . Devon was able to transform my hair from rainbow color to very vibrant color . She spent 4 hours and she was very patient is doing it . I would definitely come back here and recommend her services to my friends and relatives .

By far the best experience I’ve had in a long time. I’m from Orange County and I’m used to getting my hair done at Toni & Guy. Let me tell you James Mark Salon is my go to Hair Salon. I have thick long wavy hair down to my waist, James cut my hair and did a blow dry and oh my goodness it’s beautiful. It looks healthy and feels so soft. They did wash my hair, the service was relaxing no pulling or any pain with the blow dry. The store inside is very clean and high maintenance with Happy friendly vibes from the people who work there. I’m definitely going back there to get color done. I now found my forever Hair Salon.

I’ve been coming to this salon for about 2 years and I’ve been booked with 3 people but, the experience with Tessa motivated me to write a review! Tessa was on time, introduced herself and offered me a refreshment. She brought color matching book for me to show me exactly what color she was going to mix for me. She was incredibly informative and told me step by step what she was going to do and ask for clarification on the kind of cut I wanted. I left the salon feeling so good! Thank you Tessa.

It was my first time at the salon. When I called I spoke to Rachel. She was very, very nice and very informative. She asked if I could come in for a consultation. I wish I could’ve met her, maybe next time. I sat down with Lilly, we went over what I was looking for. She also gave her input. I absolutely love what she did.
