The biggest of shoutouts to Roxy for always making my coloring experience rejuvenating and fun. She is incredibly skilled--working with her client's preferences while guiding them toward the absolute best look and aesthetic that she easily brings to life. Good customer service alone isn't enough to describe her impact on everyone in the salon. She alone has an uplifting and inspiring energy that can make anyone feel instantly welcome, valued, understood, and like they belong. As someone who works in production line/customer service, I can confidently say that it's team members like Roxy who represent the best of what the company is about. Both her work and charm are unforgettable.

Rachel was wonderful!!! She did an awesome job on my hair color(dark purple). I explained that in the past my scalp would itch and burn, but she added sugar to the dye and my scalp has never felt so great. Fabio cut my hair and did a wonderful job explaining the different types of cut, styling, and layers. He also cut my son’s hair and did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend both of them.
