New owner there's always something going on Tuesday Thursday Friday and Saturday if you love reggae reggaeton soca and ripping your flag this is the place to go they have hookah paint and sip always two to three DJs and most importantly the food they got great food You don't need to leave to go anywhere cuz you can eat drink and do hookah.

GREAT spot to listen to reggae music! The cook has the BEST FOOD! Those oxtails chicken cabbage rice and beans are FANTASTIC! Staff is GORGEOUS great atmosphere.

We always have fun ,Thursday’s it’s fabulous I will recommend 100%!!!.

MANHATTAN BAR REVIEWS

I have always liked this place, even before I had a stroke, 5 years ago. It has changed few owners, but still carries the name The Manhattan, a Chula Vista landmark to me. I Wish the 24hr Flamingo Cafe was still across the street. Both went hand in hand. Bar shut down and everybody including owners would eat at cafe. (NW corner) The only problem with Manhattan is, that it is totally terrible to move a power chair in ADA bathroom, since I'm disabled now. But STILL gave this place a 5 for still a great place after 20 years.

Cash only, no cards accepted. No kitchen, so no food. Parking is very limited. Pool table by the entrance door, very distracting if you're playing while people come and go. DJ is cool, playing hits sounds.

Like coming here with my cousins. It's pretty small with a small dance floor. We like coming on cumbia night. Oh yeah, good luck with parking. Overall, we have fun. We party and drink.

Wednesday night kareoke with Wally is the bomb. He is the best kareoke DJ in the biz & bartender is great. Even let me & my gal park my bicycle inside while it was slow. Good pours.

Friday night was my first time there. I've been to a lot of clubs & Bar's all over San Diego & this is the first place l ever seen so many big busted women in one place at one time, & oh so Gorgeous good God oh mighty they were all extremely fine looking ladies. Believe me when I say I'm going back again & again & again.

Service is nice and fast. Always cool atmosphere and fresh weather inside. Stop by for a drink and watch Padre game or play some pool.
