Alex Kofman is a general contractor I found through my realtor. Almost immediately, I was struck by how professional and approachable he was. Unlike the contractors I have worked with in the past, Alex is always professional, calm and responsive. He has never been defensive, never lost his temper, or been in any way disrespectful towards me. He and his team operate with the highest integrity, outstanding professionalism and excellent communication. More than once, I changed the scope of work and every time, Alex came back with a written, revised contract so I always knew what my changes would cost. He chooses his team wisely, too, and is consistently available and willing to meet and review any snafus happening with the project. Honestly, I couldn't say enough good things about him and his team and there is no project too big or too small for him--he's so flexible that he's happy to come in and do handyman work as well. There will be a phase two with my project and when that happens, I will be coming back to ABC Home Repairs to run it! Thank you, Alex--you are one in a million!

We had an serious issue happen on Christmas Eve 2022 and Alex responded the same day. He addressed the immediate breaker issues but more importantly, provided me with options to resolve the bigger problem, which was bringing our electrical breaker panel up to current code. My tenant was very complementary of his work, timeliness and attention to detail. Alex also kept me abreast of any changes or problems he encountered, he is a true professional and I will use him again for any future projects that fit his skillset.

Daniel from ABC Home Repair Services did a fantastic job replacing my kitchen, stairway and two bathroom lighting fixtures. Did everything in a few hours and cleaned it all up perfectly!
