“Diamond Head State Monument stands at an elevation of 761 feet above sea level, offering stunning and elegant views. The trail leads visitors to the summit of the volcanic tuff cone and a former fort with panoramic views. It takes around 1.5 to 2 hours to walk. Visitors can walk along a path that leads to the bottom of the 300,000-year-old crater, which occupies 350 acres. This hiking trail also features various facilities like picnic tables, public restrooms, family-friendly hikes, a spacious parking lot, and wheelchair-accessible parking for more comfort. Diamond Head State Monument also allows dogs on a leash.”
