At the recommendation of a work friend, I reached out to Landon at Honolulu Music Lessons Workshop. I had always had an interest in learning how to play an instrument, but thought I was way too old to start. But, after talking to Landon, next thing I knew, I had enrolled not only my husband, but my 14 year old son and myself in a group family lesson. I do not know if I ever would have had the courage to do this without Landon's approachability and his group lesson option. When COVID hit, Landon was already was teaching online and we were able to pivot without any delays and when we moved from Hawaii to California in May 2021, we continued with the guitar lessons online and kept learning, playing and improving. Landon accommodates our frequent schedule changes and keeps us on track. My son is now playing very well, and has moved to the electric guitar lessons. He went from being embarrassed at his guitar playing, to the teenager playing songs for his friends. It not only increased his self-confidence, but expanded on his way of thinking. As for myself, a middle aged working mother, I have to say, I am thrilled to say I play the acoustic guitar now. All of this is in large part due to Landon's supportive, patient and gifted instruction. My son and I continue with lessons to this day. Landon can take you from total beginner to a true musician. We are living proof.

My son has been taking violin lessons at Honolulu Music Lessons Workshop with Kumu Ben for greater than a year now, and the experience has been fantastic! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making each violin lesson engaging and fun. We've already seen remarkable progress in his skills and confidence. Our experience has been so great that we even enrolled our other child for piano lessons! The environment is warm and encouraging, perfect for young learners. I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to start or enhance their music journey.

I highly recommend taking music lessons with Ben Perry. He is a very talented and wonderful teacher! My son has been taking violin lessons with Mr. Ben for a couple years now and my daughter is taking both cello lessons and piano lessons with Mr. Ben. My kids love going to their music lessons! We are very lucky to have Mr. Ben as our music instructor.

I came across a listing for a ukulele over Facebook market place. The seller was so responsive. When I picked up the ukulele from the shop, i saw that the quality of the instrument was great and even better was the value. He included a free digital tuner, strap, and even packed and paid for insurance to ensure that if the ukulele was damaged on the way to New York, he could address the issue. He was so so kind and generous. I highly recommend Aloha Music School.

My 2 kids age 11 and 8 are taking piano lesson at Aloha Music School for a year now and they love it, they have progressed so fast and now enjoy playing the piano in their free time.

Very lovely man very lovely guitars even did a free tuning on the new guitars that me and my husband just bought highly recommend.
