Bird's Fort Trail Park is almost 58 acres of natural beauty. Hike the mile and a picnic in the pavilion, birdwatch, half long trail, and overlook the river. The new Fort Bird 's location would be on Caloway Lake, a fresh privately owned lake in Arlington. There are three separate parking lots in total, one on the very southern side, one about 4 miles north, and another about 7 miles north under the highway. It has a river/creek, and the trees are unpaved, nature walks. Through this park, the Campión Trail is accessible. The concrete paths provide plenty of views of the water.

Mountain Creek Preserve has more facilities to sell than other parks and related areas. There is a big paved car park that can hold horse trailers. Tourists also will find a canoe launch, a four-mile hard-faced trail that is part of the Campion Trail system in town. The park offers an outdoor basketball court, cricket field, playground, large picnic pavilion, seating areas, tables, and grills. It has paved trails that are 12 feet wide. It is about a mile from the parking area to the marker. It is a spot where you can enjoy walking with your family.

KNOB HILLS BIKE TRAIL

Knob Hills Bike Trail is a highly trafficked loop trail situated in the vicinity of Roanoke. It features a lake and is considered moderate. The path provides a range of events and is available throughout the year. The dirt parking lot was over 1/3 mile to the west before you cross the lake. This looped course will bring racers up and down Lake Grapevine's west side. The trail is designed in 6 loops, so you can ride as short as 2.5 miles or as long as 13. Gender-specific shirts are available. 27.2 miles from downtown of Irving.
