Not sure about all the bad reviews... This place is AMAZING. I drive all the way from the Southlake area to this nail spa every 3 weeks because they have never done me wrong. Whatever picture I walk in with, they've got someone who can recreate it. Everyone working here is so sweet and always greets me with a smile. For New Years, they gave away little goodie bags to their customers as a thank you. And their new location just a few doors down is beautiful! Do not listen to the negative reviews. This place is wonderful.

I had an amazing experience at Nail Lounge with Lana! She did an excellent job on my nails—her attention to detail and precision were outstanding. She took the time to ensure everything was perfect, from shaping to polish application, and the results were flawless. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also warm, friendly, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend Lana for anyone looking for top-notch nail services. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Love this nail salon! I’ve been looking for a “go to” salon for two years and finally have settled on Nail Lounge. They do a great job every time and have a huge variety of colors/services. Would definitely recommend.

Helen did an amazing job! I came towards the end of the day and she got me in and out super fast, and the nails are exactly what I wanted! They came out so perfect, I also got to enjoy a martini while she worked.

Great service, environment was welcoming do recommend it Kristine was so nice and ofc the complimentary drink were so good, I will be coming again.

It was my first time there, and had a fun experience. I believe it’s probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Will definitely be going back.

First time coming here and I was impressed! The salon is very clean and there was no wait on a busy Saturday, the staff stayed on top of everything without making you feel rushed. My technician Long did an amazing job with the foot massage and French tip. I think people might find the massage to be more intense than another salon, but I think that’s what makes this salon stand out. The wooden tool used to release pressure points was new to me and I loved it! Long made sure to check that the temperature was good for me before placing any hot towel, wax, or stones, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Very relaxing experience, I highly recommend Ciel for a luxury experience at a reasonable price.

I have been coming to Ciel lounge for the past 10 years, Mia is The best. She is the reason we’ve been coming here for so long. The service at the salon is Phenomenal. Tammy and Christine are also great. They have done manicures and pedicures for us numerous times. I recommend the nail salon to anyone in the DFW area.

Tee is talented and always takes his time. Honestly, everyone does a great job! I’ve never had a bad experience at this salon and always recommend it to my friends. Dip is my go-to and usually lasts 3 to 4 weeks before I need to go back.
