The decor is modern and chic, and everything is impeccably clean, which I really appreciate. The staff at Ciel Nail Lounge are professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. They take their time to understand exactly what you're looking for, whether it's a simple manicure or an intricate nail design. I've had the pleasure of being served by Lilly, Liam or Mia, and I can't recommend them enough. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and they always ensure that I'm 100% satisfied before I leave. One thing I love about Ciel Nail Lounge is the wide range of colors and nail art options they offer. Whether you're looking for something classic or trendy, they've got you covered. The products they use are high-quality, and my nails always look flawless and last a long time. Another highlight is their commitment to hygiene and safety. They use sterilized tools and disposable liners, which gives me peace of mind every time I visit. Overall, Ciel Nail Lounge is a fantastic place for anyone looking for top-notch nail services. The prices are reasonable for the level of service you receive, and I always leave feeling pampered and happy with my nails. I highly recommend giving them a try—you won't be disappointed.

First time coming here and I was impressed! The salon is very clean and there was no wait on a busy Saturday, the staff stayed on top of everything without making you feel rushed. My technician Long did an amazing job with the foot massage and French tip. I think people might find the massage to be more intense than another salon, but I think that’s what makes this salon stand out. The wooden tool used to release pressure points was new to me and I loved it! Long made sure to check that the temperature was good for me before placing any hot towel, wax, or stones, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Very relaxing experience, I highly recommend Ciel for a luxury experience at a reasonable price.

Tee is talented and always takes his time. Honestly, everyone does a great job! I’ve never had a bad experience at this salon and always recommend it to my friends. Dip is my go-to and usually lasts 3 to 4 weeks before I need to go back.

Not sure about all the bad reviews... This place is AMAZING. I drive all the way from the Southlake area to this nail spa every 3 weeks because they have never done me wrong. Whatever picture I walk in with, they've got someone who can recreate it. Everyone working here is so sweet and always greets me with a smile. For New Years, they gave away little goodie bags to their customers as a thank you. And their new location just a few doors down is beautiful! Do not listen to the negative reviews. This place is wonderful.

I had an amazing experience at Nail Lounge with Lana! She did an excellent job on my nails—her attention to detail and precision were outstanding. She took the time to ensure everything was perfect, from shaping to polish application, and the results were flawless. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also warm, friendly, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend Lana for anyone looking for top-notch nail services. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Love this nail salon! I’ve been looking for a “go to” salon for two years and finally have settled on Nail Lounge. They do a great job every time and have a huge variety of colors/services. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to Organic Nails for years and have always loved the service. I usually just go to whoever is next and have not been disappointed. But for the last year I’ve been seeing Sophia as my nail tech and she’s absolutely hooked me up with the cutest styles. My fav nail place so far.
