3 Best Wedding Planners in Irving, TX

I booked Mayra with Sprinkle of Love Events for my wedding when she first started her business. With the exception of actually getting married, Mayra was th SINGLE BEST decision I made for my wedding!!! We had some major problems happen throughout our day and without Mayra, I'm not sure I would have made it! Mayra is not just your coordinator, she becomes your friend. She checked in with me monthly ( and didnt mind that I am a terrible texter and would take a few days to get back to her). She had incredible ideas,, advice, tips to help me with vendors and decor and she is an INCREDIBLE vendor liason and communicted with all my vendors to arrange for arrivals. I get teary thinking of all Mayra did and has done for me and my husband. If you are looking for a day of coordinator who could stand in as your maid of honor, pick your dress up so you can use the restroom 2 minutes before you are supposed to walk down the aisle, someone to hold your hand and make you laugh when you are crying, speak to stubborn or rigid vendors, and just be there in whatever capacity you need her on your big day, Mayra is your person! Mayra is truly a wonderful woman who has found her calling. Sprinkle of Love Wedding and Events should be your only coordination option! Best decision I made!.

I was unsure whether to get a coordinator or not , but I wanted for my husband and I to enjoy our day. Mayra was our wedding coordinator for our wedding on Jan 2nd, 2020. She was very sweet, punctual, professional and on top of things. Plus she’s bilingual! Which was key for us. She helped with the timeline, setup, brought our plate for us, helped cleanup and put things away in their spot at the end of the night, and much more. Our photographer canceled a few weeks away from the wedding and Mayra was quick to provide suggestions. Unfortunately, my husband and I were both sick and had a sore throat on our wedding day but Mayra came through with her kit and gave us DayQuil! (I’m so late & this is a long overdue review) but you for everything Mayra!!.

So, I'm giving this review as a vendor, as someone who has worked with Mayra twice in the last year. It is very easy to work with Mayra, it is very easy to know that you are taken care of, that she is on top of things, that you will receive your timeline and information in a timely manner, that your day will go smoothly. She is able to simultaneously keep things on schedule but never make you feel in a rush~ the day, for the bride and the vendor team, just moves like a stroll through a very well decorated park. I always highly recommend Mayra. Mayra is super cool and easy to talk to. 10/10 wedding planner, 10/10 person.

I cannot say enough positive things about Paula and her team at Truly Ewers Events! As mother of the bride, I know first hand of the excellence of this experienced team. My daughter and I planned for exactly a year, the wedding of her dreams and Paula Ewers and her team were there by our side, making it all happen! Her experience, contacts in the bridal world, organization and wonderful personality made everything flow seamlessly and a joy with whom to work. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Now that the wedding is over, I'm sad that we won't have that constant contact as we've had over the past year. She made us feel we were her only clients, but we knew we weren't. Truly Ewers Events is just the BEST!!.
