We often spend long weekends here. It's close to home, quiet, and the staff hospitable. The place has lots of trees and trails for hiking or bicycling. Restrooms and showers are ample and clean. Szandor, is a one of the staff members that you're bound to meet. He always stops by to greet us and to ask if there's anything he can do for us, great guy. At the dinner hour, we had hundreds of crows gather in the tall trees throughout the campground. We've never seen so many.

Good trail to hike if you're just starting out. Pretty easy hike but will make you sweat if you're not in the best shape! Very good place for a family hike! Just watch out for the cow manure!

This is the first trail that I have hiked since my move to Cali in mid June. I downloaded an app recommended to me by a friend and look for local trails that are dog friendly and this one came up. It is located in a beautiful residential area, right next to a golf course so it is maintained beautifully. Although the parking area is small, the people are polite and take turns. The trail is easy to walk or jog, its great for beginning walkers, joggers and hikers, and perfect for pets. Make sure to
