Had a great time with the familey it was kind of hot today so we stayed out about an hour and a half. A very clean and well kept park. Lots of trails built for riding bikes. They have trails that are wagon and stroller friendly. The entrance is odd because of construction and since it's so close to the border we saw national guard members near the entrance. Staff was friendly and the restrooms are really clean. They also have areas that are open with interactive information as well as a nice gift shop.
Perfect place I'd recommend the Tram Ride if you need to stop somewhere as it's very hot these days in the valley but if you're experienced and headed out in the morning or the evening for a hike then you're good to go. It's a big trail with lots to see. My girlfriend and I loved it here 10/10 will visit again.
Saw a lot of green jays, cardinals, wild turkeys. Toilets and trails are clean. A good place to cycle and walk (trails) with kids and did I mention it is pet friendly too. Staff are super friendly.
