We had a business / social dinner. Group of over 150 people. Food was very good. Beautiful setting and ambience. The weather was good too and hence overall great experience. Was a great place to be in Mc Allen.
An absolutely beautiful place to visit. Family friendly and educational. You see an abundant variety of native animals and plants of Texas. I highly recommend visiting here if you are visiting this area of Texas.
Amazing gem of McAllen! Remember to pay the entrance fee at the gift shop. It's very worth it, and a nice stroll through nature.

VETERAN'S WAR MEMORIAL OF TEXAS REVIEWS
Tragically beautiful, we absolutely loved this place and are sooo grateful we found it! We spent over an hour here just letting the emotions wash over us. We are a military family so this was an emotionally charged memorial but done SO beautifully. We will be back!
Absolutely moving to see all of the wars mentioned. The heroes and so on. Educating children and the new era about world war, two and the downfall of Hitler and his evil regime.
Great place to visit and learn about history and honor our Veterans that pass away and fought for our freedom Thank God for their bravery. God Blessed their family.

I think this library is awesome! They have a great children's section and staff. Their teen section is fantastic. The sprawling layout is comfortable. They have invested in leading technologies like 3D printing. Their staff are friendly and helpful.
