Had been away from the Valley (aka RGV) for a while, and was delighted to see the all that the International Museum of Art & Science (IMAS) was up to. Though my daughter was in S. America on vacation, she was able to enjoy via technology the captivating exhibit of BUGS at IMAS. This wonderful regional museum continues to embrace it's name of being international', and does include a nice job to balance both art & science. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable.

This is a wonderful place to take visitors. It has everything that you need to know about how McAllen came to be. It is a wonderful historical dedication to those that built this town. I took my kids and visiting family and have been several times. It is free, but they do encourage a donation for your visit to help pay the light bill!!
