Love this place. I've been taking my wife, who's originally from out of state, to different parks around western Washington. We've been to 10 or so. This is by far her favorite. It has a huge area of forest and walking trails, ball fields, kids playplace, and trails that take you from the forest down to the beach. The beach is a huge strip that has a beautiful view of the Olympic Mountain Range with gorgeous sunsets. There is an enclosed pool area down along the beach too. This place is good for walkers, runners, bikers, sun bathers, or people who dare to play in the Puget Sound's cold waters. May you enjoy!
One of the best Seattle parks, hands down. You get a great variety of forested trails and waterfront paths with some lovely views of Puget Sound. It's typically pretty lively with families out and about in the park areas, but parking is abundant and generally very accessible. Truly a gem of West Seattle!
Beautiful and peaceful spot, on a clear day you can see the Olympic mountains. The park is a great spot for a picnic, hitting some balls and for the kids to run around, also has children’s play area and public toilets. Parking can be little tight.
