Nice park in a remote area. This park has two playgrounds, as well as multiple fields with lots of parking space. Not to mention an area all the way in the back with a beautiful pond/lake with a BBQ pit if you wanted to grill there. Its peaceful, quiet, and anyone of any age can enjoy it.
The quiet strolls in the morning, 7 days a week, are complimented by beautiful scenery, natural surprises, and how well the park is maintained. With over five miles of trail loops and choices I've spent 4.5 years of mornings with choices and exercises for myself and dog.
The frisbee golf trek is good for a dog walking trail. There is also about 2 acres of forest marked as an off-leash area for dogs! No fences, no disappointing dog-parks, just natural forest for running.
